What are your opening hours?
We will be open daily from 09:30 am until the last film of the day finishes (normally between 11 pm and 12 am) Our café is open for cakes, pastries and of course coffees from 09:30 am, and we serve food from 11:30 am until 15 minutes after the last film showing of the day starts.


Where can I park?

There is lots of free parking after 6 pm, Monday to Saturday and free all day on Sunday.  Hillier’s Yard (behind Waitrose) and Kennet Place are within a 5-minute walk of the Cinema.  Parking on the main High Street is also available as is George Lane.

 

During the day you can park for up to 3 hours on the High Street and in Hillier’s Yard car park, and for longer in George Lane and Kennet Place car parks.

 

There is also limited free parking (up to 2 hours) in The Parade square.

Do you have disabled access?
Absolutely, the ground floor of the cinema is accessible for anyone with mobility issues, there is an accessible toilet next to the auditorium, and dedicated bays in the auditorium for wheelchair users.

Do you have films for the deaf/sight impaired?
We do, wherever possible our films will have audio description, this means that with a special pair of headphones (which we provide) you can listen to a narrator explaining what is happening on-screen alongside the films normal audio track.
We endeavour to provide one subtitled film per week (not including foreign language titles)

What is a concession?
A Concession ticket applies to anyone over the age of 60, a child under the age of 15 and a student with a valid student ID.

What can I do if I have a problem with my online booking/I have been charged a fee that I wasn’t expecting?

Drop us an email at hello@theparadecinema.com, or you can come and see us and we will do our best to sort out any issues.

Can I cancel or change my booking?
We do not offer refunds unless in extenuating circumstances, and any changes to a booking are at the Manager’s discretion. In all cases, refunds and changes to bookings may not occur after the day of the showing.

Can I buy tickets in person?

Yes. We are now open and would love to see you.

How do I receive my Friend’s/membership card/gift voucher?
Your Friends/Parade Membership is live once you complete the purchase, you can use it by selecting the member’s ticket type (after selecting your film and seats) and then entering your email address and surname on the next screen.

If you purchase a gift voucher online you will be sent an electronic voucher in your email, you only need to enter the code on it when paying for tickets.
We are currently waiting on stock of physical membership and giftcards, once we have them we will send out an email to everyone on our newsletter list.

How do I make a complaint?
If we haven’t been able to resolve your issue in the cinema, or you are having problems online, please contact our General Manager, david@theparadecinema.com

What food and drink can I buy/take into the cinema?
Any food and drink purchased in the cinema may be taken into the auditorium, we do not allow food and drink purchased elsewhere into the cinema, café or bar areas.
You can buy food, snacks, ice cream and drinks from our comprehensive offering.
